Job summary

Kennewick, WA-based opportunity with Zohorecruit for a full-time APP/NP in hematology/oncology. Requires Washington licensure, board certification, BLS/ACLS, and 1+ year of relevant clinical experience. EPIC EMR, 90-day credentialing, and Tuesday–Friday 10-hour shifts in a full-time schedule.

Independent contractor (1099) role with travel benefits for distant candidates; practice includes four physicians and four APPs, offering long-term permanent placement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to diagnose and treat a variety of conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications and manage chronic conditions
• Provide patient education and counseling on healthy lifestyle choices
• Perform procedures as permitted by state regulations and APP specialty
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers for coordinated care

Licenses& Certifications:

• Activeand unencumbered advanced practice registered nurse(APRN) license in Washington
• Nationalcertification as an NP in a relevant specialty area by arecognized certifying body (e.g., American Academy ofNurse Practitioners [AANP])
• Activeand unencumbered physician assistant (PA) license in Washington
• Nationalcertification from the National Commission onCertification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)

Experience:

• Whilespecific requirements may vary, most locum APP positionsprefer candidates with at least one year of experiencein a clinical setting relevant to their specialty

Travel:
