Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with physicians, pharmacists, and nursing teams
• Participate in ongoing care management for hematology and oncology patients

Qualifications

• Required: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification

• Preferred: at least one year of oncology or hematology experience
