Job summary

Market Street Staffing is seeking a cardiology-focused Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) in Everett, WA. This long-term locum/permanent search offers a Monday–Friday schedule, EPIC EMR, and independent contractor (1099) status.

Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, treatment planning, ordering and interpreting tests, prescribing medications, patient education, and collaboration with physicians to ensure coordinated care. WA licensure and board certification required.

Qualifications

• Active Washington APRN license
• National NP certification (AANP or equivalent)
• PA license in Washington & NCCPA
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience in cardiology or related field

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and diagnose a variety of conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications and manage chronic conditions
• Educate patients on healthy lifestyle and disease prevention
• Perform procedures as allowed by state regulations and APP scope

Requirements:

• Active Washington licensure

Licenses& Certifications:

• Activeand unencumbered advanced practice registered nurse(APRN) license in Washington
• Nationalcertification as an NP in a relevant specialty area by arecognized certifying body (e.g., American Academy ofNurse Practitioners [AANP])
• Activeand unencumbered physician assistant (PA) license in Washington
• Nationalcertification from the National Commission onCertification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)

Experience:

• Whilespecific requirements may vary, most locum APP positionsprefer candidates with at least one year of experiencein a clinical setting relevant to their specialty
