The ideal candidate has at least one year of healthcare experience, CMA or RMA credentials, and familiarity with prior authorizations, infusion services, and laboratory

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process prior authorizations for medications, treatments, and specialty services.
• Process medication authorizations for home health and infusion services.
• Coordinate specialty laboratory authorizations and assist with approvals.
• Prepare and submit requisitions for specialty laboratory testing.
• Assist with coordinating patient appointments and follow-up needs.
• Support back-office workflows to promote efficient patient care.
