Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Health System is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) for Hematology/Oncology to cover Avon, Fairview, and Lutheran sites. The full-time role includes inpatient and outpatient care, Infusion Suite chemotherapy management, and bone marrow biopsies.

Experience in oncology is preferred; certification and licensure must meet state requirements. Typical schedule is weekdays with possible weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• APRN/PA role with adult oncology focus.
• MSN degree or higher required.
• Graduate of APRN/PA programs and licensed.
• Board certification in nursing or physician assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take medical histories and perform physicals; order labs/imaging as needed to evaluate illness.
• Perform routine and specialized procedures per hospital privileges; manage chemotherapy and infusion care.
• Educate patients about disease, treatments and potential side effects; collaborate with the care team.
• Coordinate inpatient/outpatient care and participate in rounds to ensure quality outcomes.
