Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a science field.
• 4+ years of clinical laboratory experience.
• ASCP or AMT certification.
• Florida State clinical laboratory licensure (Supervisor level).
• Specialized knowledge of electrophoresis and ANA testing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Directly supervise approximately 20 staff, including scheduling and daily huddles.
• Coach, mentor, and grow the team to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Stay visible on the lab floor and support staff through day-to-day operations.
