They ensure compliance with accrediting bodies, participate in budget input, mentoring, and staff development, and oversee laboratory test maintenance and Laboratory Information Systems management to deliver outstanding customer service.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant science field and training in high complexity testing.
• Experience in clinical or anatomical laboratory settings.
• Leadership and management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the manager in daily laboratory operations and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and safety standards.
• Oversee staff development, orientation, and performance.
• Maintain laboratory test maintenance and LIS maintenance.
