BeOne Medicines Ltd. seeks a Director, GVAP Solid Tumors Pipeline in the United States to shape global market access strategy for late-stage ST assets.

You will align pricing, evidence generation, and payer engagement with clinical and commercial goals to maximize product value. You will lead cross-functional collaboration across R&D, Commercial, Medical Affairs, and HEOR, driving early value propositions and pre-launch readiness while coordinating regional payers and markets.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree with 10+ years of pharmaceutical experience and global market access exposure.
• Fluency in English; strong leadership and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of HTA, pricing, reimbursement, and evidence generation.

Responsibilities

• Lead global pricing and market access strategies for ST assets.
• Influence trial design and endpoints to meet payer needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional input from R&D, Commercial, Medical Affairs and HEOR.
• Develop early value propositions and evidence-generation plans for payers.
• Support pre-launch planning and regional asset in-licensing activities.
• Monitor payer requirements and regulatory changes affecting access.
