Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or equivalent; MSc/PhD preferred.
• 8+ years of clinical research experience in clinical development functions.
• Experience in protocol design, study execution, data interpretation, and scientific document authorship.
• Experience coordinating across multiple studies and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Experience in regulatory submissions and health authority interactions.

Aufgaben

• Provide scientific leadership for hematology clinical programs and strategy.
• Input for safe, efficient execution of studies with high-quality outputs.
• Develop study documents and training materials (protocols, eCRF, ICF etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate protocols into deliverables.
• Define medical monitoring and oversight strategy ensuring patient safety.
• Support external study oversight committees.
• Contribute to data analysis, publications, and regulatory submission documents.
• Support program-level regulatory interactions and Clinical Development Plan.
• Participate in multidisciplinary groups for process improvement.
