CSL in Waltham, MA is seeking a senior clinical development professional to contribute to hematology programs and align with the clinical development plan. You will provide scientific input for safe, compliant execution and author key study documents across trials.

This hybrid role requires three onsite days weekly. Strong communication, problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration are essential, with a PhD/advanced degree and substantial R&D experience in biotech/pharma.

Qualifications

• PhD, MSc or BS in a science field with advanced degree preferred and PMP certification.
• 4+ years (PhD) / 6+ years (MS) / 8+ years (BS) in R&D within biotech/pharma.
• 3+ years of clinical development research experience.
• Knowledge of drug development and manufacturing processes (CMC, non-clinical, clinical, Regulatory).

Responsabilités

• Contributes to scientific development of clinical programs within Hematology.
• Provides input for safe, efficient execution ensuring quality and compliance.
• Author or contribute to program and study documents (IB, protocols, eCRF, ICF, training).
• Contributes to medical monitoring oversight strategy for safety and data integrity.
• May lead development of Clinical Development Program.
• Contributes to manuscripts, abstracts, and regulatory submissions.
