Qualifications

• MD or equivalent with Oncology/Hematology specialty.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical trial experience in pharma/academia.
• Ability to lead complex clinical development programs with minimal supervision.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across global teams.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and execution of clinical development programs.
• Coordinate investigator education and site staff training.
• Ensure study integrity and manage data safety monitoring.
• Lead preparation of protocols, CSRs, and regulatory submissions.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations and Discovery teams.
• Stay current with regulatory guidance and industry standards.
