Job summary

Lilly in Mexico is seeking a Hematology Brand Manager to develop and implement brand strategies for a key product in the Mexican market, collaborating with cross-functional teams, KOLs, and LATAM/global partners to execute plans.

You will lead multi-channel campaigns, manage budgets, monitor performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive product impact while maintaining Spanish and English communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of marketing experience, preferably as a Brand Manager.
• Previous experience in sales or as a Sales Representative is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of strategic planning, brand positioning, market segmentation, and multi-channel campaign execution.
• Analytical skills and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and implement a multi-channel strategy to maximize product impact.
• Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and industry stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Commercial, Medical, etc.) to ensure alignment of tactics and strategies.
• Manage allocated budgets for marketing campaigns and commercial activities.
• Monitor product performance using key metrics and make strategic adjustments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and promotional engagement guidelines in all marketing and commercial activities.
