Lilly in Mexico is seeking a Hematology Brand Manager to develop and implement brand strategies for a key product in the Mexican market, collaborating with cross-functional teams, KOLs, and LATAM/global partners to execute plans.

You will lead multi-channel campaigns, manage budgets, monitor performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive product impact while maintaining Spanish and English communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of marketing experience, preferably as a Brand Manager.
  • Previous experience in sales or as a Sales Representative is desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of strategic planning, brand positioning, market segmentation, and multi-channel campaign execution.
  • Analytical skills and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

Hematology Brand Manager
Overview

As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies and tactics to successfully launch a key product in the Mexican market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and regional teams (LATAM & Global) to ensure the effective execution of business and marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities
