The START Center for Cancer Research in Grand Rapids, MI, seeks a Hematology Advanced Practice Provider/ NP to support protocol-driven patient care and early-phase oncology trials. The APP/NP will function as a sub-investigator under the PI, handling screening, visits, and study coordination to advance trial execution.

Ideal candidates hold an advanced practice degree with current state licensure and at least 5 years in oncology care or oncology research, with certification and Phase I

Qualifications

• Advanced practice degree with current licensure in the applicable state(s).
• Minimum of 5 years of oncology clinical care or oncology clinical research experience.
• National certification as NP or PA is preferred for sub-investigator eligibility.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a sub-investigator on assigned early-phase trials under PI supervision.
• Conduct protocol-driven physical exams and visits for screening, on treatment, and follow-up.
• Prepare medical histories and summaries to support PI evaluation and visits.
• Assist with patient screening and protocol feasibility assessments.
• Support post-consent screening and protocol-specific questions.
• Identify, document, and follow up on AEs and SAEs with the research team.
