Job Summary

The Helper/Technician will assist other team members by providing skilled and unskilled labor while learning the techniques and receiving training required while performing professional mitigation and disaster response services for 1-800 Water Damage Services.

Responsibilities

• Perform unskilled and skilled labor as assigned.
• Show up on time for shifts, in proper uniform and well-groomed.
• Be available for on-call and emergencies.
• Learn and practice commitment to customer service.
• Fill out paperwork properly (Timesheets, PO Forms, Field Checklist).
• Monitor loss and document readings.
• Must be able to exercise good judgment and to understand and carry out written or oral instructions, along with sound problem-solving ability.
• Cleaning Carpet.

Qualifications

Must maintain a valid Driver’s License and maintain a good driving record.

• Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel—reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 lbs.
