Position Purpose (Summary)

The function of this position is to:

• Choose the position that works best for you!
• We will train you at no cost to you!

• Learn how to service and install residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems.
• Work with experienced service and installation technicians to learn on the job.
• You will learn how to service or install warm air furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, duct distribution systems, boilers, water heaters, related piping and electrical.
• We will train you to service and start up equipment and adjust to manufacturer and job specifications.
• Learn how to troubleshoot, adapt, and resolve/repair issues that prevent equipment from functioning properly.
• We will show you how to communicate with customers about the proper operation and maintenance of their systems, and answer related questions.
• Tool purchase program (makes getting the tools you’ll need easy).
