ColonialWebb Contractors Company in Richmond, VA is seeking a dependable Plumbing/Assembly Helper to join our Manufacturing team. You will assist Assembly Mechanics, handle materials, operate shop equipment, and help maintain a safe, efficient production area. Ideal candidates are hands-on, eager to learn, and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist Assembly Mechanics with assembling prefabricated piping systems and mechanical components.
• Hold materials in place and support manual assembly operations.
• Operate shop equipment including grinders, impact drivers, band saws, drills, and other production tools.
• Load, unload, move, and stage raw materials, consumables, and finished assemblies.
• Operate material handling equipment as trained.
• Assist with inventory organization and material movement to support production schedules.
• Perform general production and shop support duties as assigned.
