Qualifications

• Ability to stand for the entire shift and perform repetitive movements.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally and 10–20 lbs frequently.
• Able to read simple instructions and write basic correspondence.
• Able to work in varying climate conditions throughout shifts.

• Operate crane to lift products after training.
• Use pallet jacks to move materials in production and warehouse areas.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Prepare work areas for new materials.
• Hang parts in the powder coating area.
• Assist delivery drivers with locating, picking, packing, and building kits.
• Communicate with team leads, parts coordinators, and purchasing staff about issues.
• Support team with various tasks to ensure efficient workflow.

• Prepare work areas for new materials
• Hang parts in the powder coating area
• Assist delivery drivers with locating, picking, packing, and building kits for other departments
• Communicate effectively with team leads, parts coordinators, and purchasing staff regarding any issues
• Support team with various tasks to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements for Paint Line Helper:

• Ability to stand for entire shift, bend, twist, reach, and perform repetitive movements
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally and between 10-20 lbs frequently
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, write basic correspondence, and communicate effectively with co-workers
