Job summary

Masterson Staffing is hiring Paint Line Worker in Watertown, WI, to load metal parts onto a paint line in a manufacturing setting. This role offers 1st and 2nd shift opportunities with pay of $16–$17 per hour. 1st shift 5:20 AM-1:30 PM, Mon-Fri; 2nd shift 1:30 PM-11:30 PM, Mon-Thu.

You will load and unload parts, inspect for defects, keep a clean, safe workstation, and follow production guidelines. Prior paint line experience is a plus but not required; reliability and attention to detail are
