Stone Mechanical in Cookeville, TN is seeking motivated HVAC Install Helpers to join our team. This role supports residential replacement and retrofit installations and offers opportunities for growth within TurnPoint Services nationwide.

The role requires at least 6 months HVAC experience, the ability to lift 50+ lbs, and a strong work ethic. You will assist lead installers, maintain safety standards, and interact professionally with customers on site.

Qualifications

Helper HVAC Install (2025-1071)

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Job description:

Stone Mechanical is seeking motivated HVAC Install Helpers to join our team in Cookeville. This role supports residential replacement and retrofit installations. The ideal candidate has basic hands-on experience, a strong work ethic, and a desire to grow in the HVAC trade.

Pay: Starting at $17/hour + DOE
