Responsibilities

• Assist with core and mold preparation, including hand filing sand cores, mixing sand/zircon, mudding and dipping cores, and supplying materials such as riser sleeves and chill blocks.
• Handle materials manually and with equipment—using forklifts, carts, racks, flatbeds, pallets, and other transport tools as needed.
• Support production duties, including helping with pouring and shakeout tasks.
• Follow work instructions: prepare tools, identify specs, place shop order tickets, transport castings to finishing, and perform daily equipment inspections.
• Maintain workplace standards by keeping the area clean, organized, and compliant with 6S requirements; perform additional duties as assigned.

We are seekinghands on, detail oriented individuals to support our skilled Molders in producing high quality sand molds forprecision aluminum castings. Our cast components are used inaerospace, defense, and other cutting edge industries, where accuracy and craftsmanship are essential.

What You’ll Do
