Centurum in Charleston, SC is seeking a Helpdesk Analyst / System Administrator to support US Navy C4ISR programs. The role provides remote helpdesk assistance, manages software installations, system upgrades, and network accounts while enforcing security policies on enterprise systems.

Qualified candidates have at least four years in systems administration, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and DoD 8570.1M certifications (Sec+ or equivalent).

Qualifications

• Four years of professional experience in systems administration.
• Experience maintaining/troubleshooting network security tools (firewalls, anti-virus, IDS).
• Ability to remotely coach users on software and IT processes.

• Provide remote helpdesk support for US Navy customers, managing software installs, system upgrades, network accounts and security.
