What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide first-level support to all callers of the Help Desk, assisting with installation, maintenance, and training of products and services
- Document all requests, problems, and resolutions to ensure effective problem tracking
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of incidents and ensure their satisfaction before closing tickets
- Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies, ordering as necessary
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate staff and ensure timely resolutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- If holding a High School diploma or GED, a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience is required
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Highly responsive to internal customers

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer service or technical support role
- Familiarity with software, hardware, and network troubleshooting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
