Job summary

JAC Recruitment is seeking a Bilingual System Engineer to manage and optimize IT infrastructure in client environments, including network and cloud systems, ensuring stable operations and efficient performance.

You will administer system software, configure IP services, evaluate hardware needs, plan layouts, monitor performance, and provide end-user training while staying current with technology and supporting travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in IT infrastructure or systems engineering.
• Strong Windows (Windows 10/Server) and Active Directory knowledge.
• Solid networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) understanding.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Office 365.
• Familiarity with backups, antivirus, and PC imaging.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Bilingual System Engineer

Position Summary

In this position, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing IT infrastructure within client environments, including network and cloud systems, to ensure stable operations and efficient system performance.

Responsibilities

• Administer, install, and maintain system software, hardware, and network applications in a hybrid network/cloud environment
• Configure IP services and network systems
• Evaluate operational requirements such as processing volume, security needs, and cost constraints to determine optimal hardware configurations
• Analyze and plan system layouts, including computers and peripheral equipment
• Monitor system performance to ensure compliance with specifications
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support
• Conduct end-user training for newly implemented or modified systems
• Continuously learn and adopt new technologies
• Support business travel requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure or systems engineering
