What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide general L1 technical support for hardware and MS Office packages
- Answer technical support calls, resolving issues and escalating to other support groups as needed
- Assist with support requests received via email and self-service channels
- Document troubleshooting steps and provide detailed descriptions of customer incidents and requests
- Apply diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of service desk/helpdesk experience or equivalent combination of education and technical troubleshooting experience
- Minimum of 1 year of technical troubleshooting experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a call center environment
- Demonstrated service philosophy in interactions with clinicians and colleagues
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient typing and English language skills (both verbally and in writing)
- Strong active listening capabilities to fully understand caller’s needs/requests
