Day to Day Job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)

1. General L1 technical support for hardware and MS Office packages
2. Answer technical support calls, resolving and escalating to other support groups
3. Provide support based on email and self-service requests
4. Document troubleshooting steps and detailed descriptions of customer incidents and requests
5. Apply diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions to correct failures

Basic Qualifications: (skills required with minimum years of experience)

• Minimum of 1 year of service desk/helpdesk experience or equivalent combination of education and technical troubleshooting experience
• Minimum of 1 year of technical troubleshooting experience

Degree: High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice to Have (but not required):

• Experience in a call center environment
• Demonstrate a service philosophy in all interactions with clinicians and colleagues
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient typing and English language skills (both verbal and written)
• Strong active listening skills to fully understand caller’s needs/requests
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
