Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with 5+ years related experience and/or training, with at least 3 years with Active Directory Services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or related field with 2+ years related experience, 1 year in AD Services.
• Experience with VMware, Microsoft Terminal Services, and VMware preferred.

Responsibilities

As a Helpdesk Analyst, you will report to the Regional IT Manager – East US and provide hardware and software maintenance, training, and consultation. Your role will ensure efficient access to technology services, contribute to future planning, and support the implementation of technology resources.

Primary Accountabilities

• Provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, software, and hardware
• Administer the Microsoft stack, including Windows
• Maintain documentation of technical maintenance procedures
• Maintain daily performance of computer systems
• Maintain, install and troubleshoot network components and peripherals, including copiers, printers, workstation terminals, and VOIP phones
• Determine users’ technical needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Assist in the support of VMware environment
• Maintain network user accounts through Microsoft O365
• Resolve help desk tickets using Freshservice Helpdesk

Technical Requirements

Desktop/Laptop: Antivirus, basic troubleshooting, firmware upgrades, imaging

Security Applications:

Education: Associate degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5+ years related experience and/or training, with at least 3 years experience with Microsoft Active Directory Services; or a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or related field with a minimum of 2+ years related experience, with at least 1 year experience with Microsoft Active Directory Services.

Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Terminal Services, and VMware is preferred.

The salary range reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels and is determined by factors such as experience, education, certifications, job‑related skills, internal equity, and market conditions.
