As a Helpdesk Analyst, you will report to the Regional IT Manager – East US and provide hardware and software maintenance, training, and consultation. Your role will ensure efficient access to technology services, contribute to future planning, and support the implementation of technology resources.

Security Applications:
Education: Associate degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5+ years related experience and/or training, with at least 3 years experience with Microsoft Active Directory Services; or a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or related field with a minimum of 2+ years related experience, with at least 1 year experience with Microsoft Active Directory Services.
Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Terminal Services, and VMware is preferred.

The salary range reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels and is determined by factors such as experience, education, certifications, job‑related skills, internal equity, and market conditions.
