Nex-Tech Classifieds is seeking a maintenance manager for a 47-unit housing complex. The ideal candidate will have general knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry and maintenance, and must pass a background check.

The role requires independence, teamwork, reliability on call, and the ability to follow directions while delivering courteous service to residents. Candidates should be detail-oriented, dependable, and able to use transportation and a valid driver's license to perform maintenance

Must be able to pass background check, be honest, and trustworthy. Must be able to work independently, as a teammate, on call and be dependable on the clock. Be able to follow directions, be polite to residents and overall care. We need someone willing to be detailed and take that extra step. Must have reliable transportation and drivers license. Pay based on experience.
