As a Help for Heroes Therapist, you will work within our specialty Help for Heroes program as an integral part of our clinical services team. We provide high-quality, evidence-based care tailored to meet the individual needs of our Active Duty, Veteran, First Responder, and Frontline Healthcare Worker patients. Our patient-centric, culturally sensitive, and highly effective approach to care ensures superior treatment throughout the full continuum of services we provide. Key responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic interventions for psychiatric and substance use disorders via group, individual, and family therapy
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation

Salary range: $32.19 - $43.46 per hour. Compensation may vary based on circumstances.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or equivalent licensure in Colorado
• Current unencumbered state licensure
• Experience with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients preferred
• CPR and CPI Certification within 30 days of employment
