One Fine Family in Baltimore is seeking an IT Help Desk 1 to provide first-level technical support for employees in both warehouse and office environments, ensuring all systems run smoothly. You will respond to tickets, troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues, reset passwords, and document resolutions.

Strong Windows/Microsoft Office skills and excellent customer service are required; CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification is preferred, and post-offer screenings apply.

Qualificações

• Intermediate knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow troubleshooting procedures.
• IT certification or related education preferred (CompTIA A+ or equivalent).
• Other projects as assigned by leadership.
• Candidate must successfully pass post-offer/pre-employment drug and background screen.
