Job summary

General Dynamics IT is seeking a Help Desk Technician I to provide front-line support for voice and AV systems, hardware, and software. The role includes assisting with setup and maintenance of AV/teleconferencing equipment and delivering training to users.

The position requires 1+ years of related experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and eligibility for security clearances as needed. The job is onsite in Oklahoma City with standard 40-hour weeks.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related customer support, call center or help desk experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• ITIL Foundation Certification preferred; HDI CSR Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support via telephone and Internet to respond to customer inquiries and resolve routing issues.
• Respond to inquiries from phone, mail, and face-to-face contact following scripts and procedures.
• Use computer systems to track questions, enter orders, and respond with standard letters if needed.
• Provide technical audiovisual, multi-media, and video support for meetings and events.
• Assist setup, installation, testing, operation, and maintenance of equipment for AV and teleconferencing.
