Position Details

We are seeking a Help Desk/System Support Technician to support the Information Systems department by providing first-line problem resolution for network180 system users, supporting in PC deployments, system monitoring and upgrades, and any network-related issues and upgrades.

This position is 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. The individual in this position will participate in an on-call rotation. This assignment is in person at 790 Fuller Ave NE Grand Rapids, Michigan 49503 with local travel.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or related field
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for job related use
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products preferred
  • Experience with SQL a plus but not required
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Lived experiences with mental illness/developmental disabilities/substance use disorders valued
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and skills and capabilities of bridging language/cultural barriers to network180 services within diverse communities preferred
