Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher with relevant experience
• BS/BA Degree and 2 years of relevant work experience or MS/MA Degree with 0 years
• Experience resolving technical problems in a help desk environment
• Experience supporting internal/external users and deploying advanced technologies
• Experience resolving access requests for user accounts and desktop support functions
• Experience using automated tools and scripts to improve efficiency
• Experience developing training and system documentation for users to promote efficient operation of applications
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Experience in SharePoint
• Experience on a Service Desk or Help Desk team with strong customer service

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical problems in a help desk environment
• Support customer user-level requirements and end-user requests
• Resolve access requests for user accounts and desktop support
