The Dixon Group is seeking an on-site Help Desk Support Specialist to join our Chestertown, MD team. You will be the first point of contact for employees needing technical assistance and will help ensure computing environments run smoothly and securely.
With 2-4 years in IT support, you’ll handle Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, imaging, and hardware, while providing friendly, clear assistance and escalating complex issues as needed.
Location: 1 Dixon Square, Chestertown, MD 21620
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Pay Range: $45k - $65k/annually
