Job summary

Briljent is seeking Help Desk Specialists to provide technical support for a federal project. This position will handle inbound calls, emails, and remote access support for a web-based scheduling tool, ensuring quick issue resolution and excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate has an Associate's degree, 2 years in a help desk, and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance. You will train users and staff, write training materials, and help identify recurring problems to improve service.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in CS or related field.
• Public Trust Security Clearance to be setup after hire.
• Two years of experience in a help desk role.

Responsibilities

• Respond to queries on the phone, via email and through remote access.
• Offer technical assistance on the delivery, configuration, setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, hardware, and software.
• Train computer users and other staff on troubleshooting and diagnosing problems.
• Gain feedback from customers to improve training methods.
• Write and edit training manuals.
• Run reports and analyze common complaints and problems.
