Job summary

Insight Global is seeking 2 Migration Technicians to support a large-scale laptop migration project. You will work directly with end users to deploy devices, refresh workstations, troubleshoot issues, and provide excellent customer support throughout migrations.

Responsibilities include deploying and validating laptops, handling hardware/software problems, coordinating with users, and documenting assets in ServiceNow in a fast-paced enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Deskside Support experience.
• Recent experience with a laptop deployment and migration.
• Strong end-user support and communication skills.
• Hardware troubleshooting and break/fix support.
• Experience with Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with Active Directory.
• Experience working in a ticketing system (ServiceNow preferred).
• Hands on experience with Microsoft Intune Autopilot.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and validate new laptops during migration waves.
• Provide deskside support and troubleshooting throughout migration lifecycle.
• Assist with workstation refreshes and device deployment.
• Schedule and communicate with end users during migrations.
• Support printers, docks, monitors, and mobile peripherals.
• Escalate issues to Infrastructure teams when needed.
• Track assets and document activities in ServiceNow.
