Beacon Hill is looking for a self-motivated helpdesk technician ready to make a move in their career. This individual would have experience with Webex, Windows, and ticketing systems. Responsibilities would include servicing the whole environment to provide different levels of support ranging from Active Directory to varying devices. If there is experience in the education field or with AV support that would be a huge plus.

2. Experience with troubleshooting Windows 10 or 11
