Job summary

Wood Rodgers is seeking a Help Desk Analyst in Roseville, CA to provide Tier 1 IT support across the organization, primarily in a Windows environment. This hourly, non-exempt role supports hardware, software, connectivity, and end-user issues with a strong focus on customer service.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of related IT experience, knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, AD, and ticketing systems, and enjoys solving problems while communicating effectively with users at all levels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of help desk or desktop support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, resolve, and document support requests via phone, Teams, remote tools, and ticketing system.
• Install software, configure workstations, perform hardware troubleshooting, and support access issues.
• Escalate complex issues and maintain documentation of troubleshooting efforts and resolutions.
• Assist with equipment inventory, asset tracking, and technology lifecycle management.
• Deliver responsive customer service to employees at all levels.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, process improvement, and support documentation.
• Travel to other office locations as needed for onsite support.
