Job summary

TG Natural Resources LLC is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to provide first-line IT support for Windows 11, Office 365, and Azure Virtual Desktop across remote and office users. You will respond to calls, emails, and tickets, logging activity and maintaining high customer service standards.

The role reports to the VP of IT and requires strong communication, independent problem solving, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of professional hands-on experience with Windows desktop support.
Bachelor's degree and Windows certification preferred or equivalent experience.
Experience troubleshooting and independently resolving moderately complex PC hardware and software problems.
Ability to write business correspondence, knowledgebase articles and training materials.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Provide front line support for laptops, desktops, phones, printers, and other tech.
Troubleshoot Windows 11 and Office 365 issues.
Support Azure Virtual Desktop for remote employees.
Serve internal staff with timely, friendly IT support.
Log and track all calls and tickets in the help desk system.
Maintain inventory of IT assets and assist with training content.
