Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; post-secondary certificate or degree preferred.
• Experience: 1–2 years in banking or related field; 3–5 years in consumer lending preferred.
• Knowledge of lending regulations and compliance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Receive applications from branch lenders and online channels.
• Enter applications in appropriate software and prepare loan documents.
• Gather information to underwrite and verify income/expenses.
• Ensure compliance with consumer lending regulations.
• Coordinate loan closing dates and disbursement activities.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the process.
