Job summary

Guaranty Bank is seeking an HELOC Underwriting Specialist to support the Home Equity Line of Credit process in Greenville, MS (or Iuka). You will work with branch lenders to collect information, prepare documents, and ensure timely underwriting compliance.

Responsibilities include verifying applicant data, coordinating with the decisioning team, and maintaining customer service standards throughout loan processing and closing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of banking or related experience required; 3–5 years preferred.
• Post–secondary certificate or degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive HELOC loan applications and verify information.
• Coordinate with lenders and obtain required disclosures and documents.
• Prepare loan documentation and ensure accuracy before closing.
