Responsibilities

• Lead and promote a strong safety culture across two Helium Plants and the Air Separation Unit.
• Provide leadership, coaching, training, and performance management for operations and maintenance personnel.
• Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure reliable production and on-time customer deliveries.
• Identify issues, drive corrective actions, and implement preventive maintenance improvements.
• Support plant reliability initiatives with regional maintenance and technical teams.
• Engage with engineering, logistics, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
