Job summary

Air Products Inc. in Liberal, KS seeks a Site Supervisor to lead operations and maintenance for two Helium Plants and an Air Separation Unit.

You will ensure safe, reliable production, coach teams, and drive improvements in collaboration with engineering, logistics, and support functions. Requirements include a high school diploma and engineering degree preferred, with supervisory experience in industrial manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Process Technology/Operations Management preferred.
• Supervisory or leadership experience in industrial manufacturing or related environment required.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and program adherence across operations and maintenance teams.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Coach and manage performance of operations and maintenance personnel.
• Support two Helium Plants and the Air Separation Unit to ensure reliable production and deliveries.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in productivity, reliability, and cost reduction.
• Lead MOC activities including procedure development and implementation.
• Collaborate with engineering, logistics, maintenance, and regulatory agencies.
• Provide on-call support in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
