Job summary

Nippon Sanso Matheson in Irving, TX is seeking a Helium Technical Specialist to assist the helium engineering team and support operation and maintenance of helium plants and ISO containers.

The role reports to the Engineering Manager and requires 1-3 years in a technical position, plus an Associate's Degree in a technical discipline.

You will collaborate with logistics, perform maintenance activities, assist in revamps, review production reports, and help update P&IDs and procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a technical discipline is required.
• 1-3 years of experience in a technical position related to production or maintenance.
• Experience in gas production or distribution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance for ISO containers with vendors.
• Assist project manager with retests and rehab scheduling.
• Perform performance evaluations on ISO containers during shipments.
• Review monthly production reports and resolve helium inventory discrepancies.
• Assist in preventive maintenance of helium compressors with plant teams.
• Update P&IDs and procedures as needed.
