You will transport patients under medical oversight, ensuring aircraft readiness and strict compliance with FARs and Med-Trans policies while coordinating with dispatch and medical teams.

Qualifications

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate is required.
• Helicopter instrument rating required.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate required.
• Total flight hours: 2,000.
• 1,500 helicopter hours.
• 1,000 helicopter PIC hours.
• 1,000 turbine helicopter hours.
• 200 helicopter night flight hours.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients with a medical team while ensuring safety and compliance.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatch per manuals, FARs, and Med-Trans requirements.
• Maintain Med-Trans and regulatory documentation and records accurately.
• Communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift change information to the next pilot and team per change-board protocol.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

We’re hiring a Helicopter Pilot to provide medical air transportation services to Med-Trans customers. Safety is a key pillar of our services.

Responsibilities

• Working with a team of medical experts to safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches as described in the appropriate manuals, including all FAR and Med-Trans requirements, and aircraft cleanliness duties
• Maintain accurate Med-Trans and regulatory documentation and record keeping
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners
• Provide shift change info to successive pilot and team following protocol for recording Med-Trans change board details
• Accountable to maintain required certifications and ongoing training

MinimumRequirements
