Job summary

Med-Trans Corporation is seeking a HAA PILOT for a full-time role in Texico, NM. The position offers a competitive salary with a 22% geo modifier and a 15K sign-on bonus, plus substantial retention bonuses after three years and on-duty housing.

The schedule is 7 days on, 7 days off, with strong emphasis on safety and teamwork. You will work with medical experts to transport customers, ensure aircraft readiness, maintain regulatory docs, and coordinate with dispatch and flight crews while

Qualifications

• Must hold rotorcraft FAA commercial certificate.
• Helicopter instrument rating required.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
• 2,000 Total Flight Hours; 1,500 Helicopter Hours; 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours; 1,000 Turbine Helicopter Hours; 200 Helicopter Night Flight Hours.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of medical experts to transport customers to and from locations and facilities.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches per manuals, FAR and Med-Trans requirements, and aircraft cleanliness duties.
• Maintain accurate MTC and regulatory documentation and record keeping.
• Communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift change info to successive pilot and team following protocol.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Working with a team of medical experts to safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches as described in the appropriate manuals, including all FAR and Med-Trans requirements, and aircraft cleanliness duties
• Maintain accurate MTC and regulatory documentation and record keeping
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners
• Provide shift change info to successive pilot and team following protocol for recording Med-Trans change board details
• Accountable to maintain required certifications and ongoing training

Minimum Requirements

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate
• Helicopter instrument rating
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
• 2,000 Total Flight Hours
• 1,500 Helicopter Hours
• 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours
• 1,000 Turbine Helicopter Hours
• 200 Helicopter Night Flight Hours (Aided or Unaided)

Preferred Qualifications

• B407 Aircraft Experience
• High School Diploma/Equivalent or Higher
