Job summary
Guidance Aviation, based in Prescott, Arizona, is seeking certificated A&P mechanics to support its Bell helicopter fleet in tour, charter and firefighting operations.
The role requires FAA Mechanics Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant ratings; IA is preferred but not required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and to work extended periods on ladders is needed. Home-based in Prescott, you will support operations during the Fire season.

Home based in Prescott, Arizona, we are primarily looking for mechanics within the home region to support operations in Prescott during Fire season.
USFS/DOI Cardable mechanics may earn additional pay providing relief during the 2026 fire season.
