Job summary

A & P Helicopters, Inc. is seeking full-time, experienced A&P mechanics with airframe and powerplant ratings to support field and hangar maintenance for Bell Light and Medium Helicopters.

The schedule is 14 days on and 14 days off, negotiable for better arrangements. Mechanics will work in the field and in hangars, performing routine servicing and AD compliance, with housing, lodging, meals, and stipends provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must hold an A&P certificate and able to work on Bell Light and Medium Helicopters.
• Experience performing airframe and powerplant maintenance in field and hangar environments.
• Ability to service helicopters on 14/14 schedules and in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and extensive maintenance on Bell Light and Medium Helicopters.
• Work both in the field and in hangar facilities to ensure airworthiness.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and complete 25/50/100 hour servicing and AD compliance.

Description

A & P Helicopters, Inc. is looking for full time experienced and qualified mechanics with both airframe and powerplant ratings to work opposite schedules for field and hangar maintenance.

Qualified applicants need to be able to maintain aircraft in field conditions and perform more extensive maintenance in our hangar.

The schedule will be 14 days on and 14 days off. This schedule is negotiable if there is a better arrangement that works out for both mechanics.

These mechanics will spend much of their time in the field in a company vehicle conducting routine maintenance such as 25/50/100 hour servicing, Daily/25/50/100 hour ICAs, AD compliance and troubleshooting for continued airworthiness on Bell Light and Medium Helicopters.

• Certified training will be provided to the right applicants.
• Crew housing will be supplied near our facility when working in the hangar.
• Mechanics are provided a company credit card for expenses.
• Company pays lodging, meals, cell phone stipend, air travel, etc. Benefits include health insurance, dental, vision, vacation pay, sick pay, 401k with matching, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Experience on Bell Light and Medium Helicopters preferred
