Job summary

Morris AG Air Southwest, operating in Yuma, Arizona, is seeking a capable A&P/IA mechanic to maintain our fleet of six fixed-wing turbine Thrushes and two helicopters.

This is a permanent, in-person role with a salary range of $100,000–$115,000, 8-hour shifts, a 401(k), and paid time off. If you do not have an A&P license, we will support you in obtaining one.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of aircraft maintenance experience.
• A&P license preferred.
• Willing to obtain A&P license if not held.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance, repairs, and inspections (50hr, 100hr, Annual) on the fleet of 6 fixed-wing turbine Thrushes and 2 helicopters.
• Work in-person and ensure airworthiness and compliance with maintenance schedules.
