IML Containers/Labels North America Inc. is seeking an Offset Press Operator for 2nd and 3rd shifts in Aurora, IL. You will prepare, adjust, and run a Heidelberg XL-106 W/UV press, performing regular maintenance to ensure high-quality output that meets customer needs.

Responsibilities include press operation, quality checks, material readiness, and collaboration with the Assistant Press Operator. This full-time on-site role offers benefits and shift premiums for night and weekend work.

Qualifications

• Experience operating offset presses is preferred.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs.
• Ensure raw materials are available before production starts.

Job description

An Offset Press Operator 2nd/3rd is in charge of preparing, adjusting, and running a Heidelberg XL-106 W/UV printing press and performing regular maintenance on the equipment. He/she is key to delivering high-quality printing and meeting our customers’ expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and adjust the press and all peripherical equipment
• Run the press and deliver a product that meets the client's needs and company expectations
• Perform quality controls while running and make necessary adjustments to the machine
• Perform maintenance and minor mechanical adjustments or repairs on the equipment following an established preventive maintenance schedule
• Ensure that all raw materials are available before starting production
• Work in very close collaboration with the Assistant Press Operator
• Participate in any other related task

Job Type:Full-time

Salary: From $28.00 per hour + Shift Prime

2nd Shift: 2:30 pm to 10 pm

3rd Shift:10 pm to 6:30 am
